Who we are
Comedy with a bite
Founded by Artistic Director Oscar Brudenall-Jones, a working-class actor-writer from Slough, we create sharp, socially aware theatre that entertains, provokes, and lingers long after the lights go down. Our work is bold, playful, and rooted in the fundamental premise that comedy is nothing without tragedy, and vice versa.
We believe in comedy as a conversation starter, using laughter to explore the uncomfortable, the urgent, and the overlooked. Whether in theatres, community spaces, or unexpected venues, we bring audiences together for stories that challenge and delight.
Our first production, “Maybe I Should Stop”, explored themes of grief in a post-pandemic world, with it’s writer and performer, Oscar Brudenall-Jones, stating that, “It’s comedy with a bite, it’s grief spag-bol with comedy parmesan on top”.
